Uno de los objetivos principales de todo negocio es atraer al mayor n\u00famero de clientes. Sin embargo, esta f\u00f3rmula no siempre se traduce en mayores ventas, ya que nada asegura que esos nuevos clientes vayan a regresar. Por tanto, la clave est\u00e1 en aprender a retener a los clientes. <\/span><\/p>\n

1.- Reconoce a tus clientes premium: <\/strong>el cliente que vuelve una y otra vez a tu negocio, debe sentir que es recompensado por su <\/span>fidelidad, <\/span><\/i>de modo que otorgar descuentos especiales te ayudar\u00e1 fortalecer la relaci\u00f3n comercial.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.- Mant\u00e9n la novedad: <\/strong>es necesario captar la atenci\u00f3n de tu p\u00fablico, para ello es importante estar a la vanguardia en cuanto tecnolog\u00eda y servicios que ofreces, as\u00ed evitar\u00e1s que se vayan con la competencia.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.- Conoce a tus clientes: <\/strong>para ofrecer lo que quiere y necesita un cliente es esencial conocer sus preferencias y comportamiento. Por tal motivo, invierte en un sistema que almacene su historial de compras.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.- Nuevas promociones: <\/strong>crear ofertas atractivas y seg\u00fan las necesidades de tus clientes permitir\u00e1 retener a los antiguos y conseguir nuevos. <\/span><\/p>\n

5.- Altos est\u00e1ndares de calidad: <\/strong>un cliente que recibe un buen servicio lo sabe reconocer, por eso es importante poner atenci\u00f3n a los detalles, e igualmente prestar atenci\u00f3n a aspectos que marcan la diferencia como la seguridad y la garant\u00eda de contar con un mejor precio. <\/span><\/p>\n
