"Recommended by a friend, I have finally received an appointment after multiple attempts, to walk into a massage room with the massage bed unmade, no towel to lay on or cover myself with. I had to request a towel, it was very unprofessional, the lady massaged my calves, back legs and back for about half an hour with intervals, she left the room about 3/4 times for heating and cooling packs and a massager, in total I believe the treatment to have been about 30 min. The last time she left the room she didn’t come back. I was a bit confused at what was going on, then a gentleman came in and asked about my experience while I was still laying on my stomach and didn’t know it was over, afterwards he told me to put on my clothes and asked if I wanted to book another session. The room was directly in front of the waiting section about 2 meters and they would keep sliding the door open and close with me in there, very noisy, I could hear and follow the whole conversation with another client as if he was laying next to me. I was charged 180000 pesos about $50 and No, I would never go back or refer anyone!"
