"My first pedicure here was absolutely perfect. It was the nicest pedicure I’ve ever had and matched my reference photo exactly. Today, unfortunately, was a different experience. I showed my technician a photo of exactly what I wanted, but I was busy working on my phone and trusted that she understood. I’m very particular about my toenails because they’re naturally round, so I always want them filed square with a French tip. Instead, she rounded them out, which is the opposite of what I asked for. She also completed the French tip without checking with me first to make sure the shape was what I wanted. I’m really disappointed because now I have to wait for my toenails to grow out before I can get the square shape back."
